1. Product Pricing & Payment Terms
1.1 Transparent Pricing
At AMS Machinery, we maintain a transparent pricing policy. The prices of our pouch packing machines depend on various factors such as:
- Machine type and model (FSS, Pneumatic, Load Cell, etc.).
- Automation level (semi-automatic, fully automatic, multi-head, servo-based, etc.).
- Production capacity (small-scale, mid-range, or high-speed industrial machines).
- Additional features like nitrogen flushing, batch coding, and custom pouch sizes.
Prices may be subject to change based on market fluctuations, raw material costs, and technological advancements.
1.2 Payment Methods
Customers can choose from multiple payment options, including:
- Online bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS).
- UPI payments.
- Credit/Debit cards.
- EMI options (available through selected banking partners).
- Cash payments at our physical location.
A minimum advance payment of 50% is required to confirm an order, and the remaining balance must be cleared before dispatch.
1.3 GST & Taxation
All prices mentioned on our website and quotations are exclusive of GST, unless stated otherwise. The applicable GST (Goods and Services Tax) rate is 18% for packaging machines, as per Indian tax regulations.
2. Order Confirmation & Delivery
2.1 Order Processing
Once the payment is received, the order will be processed, and the machine will be scheduled for manufacturing, testing, and dispatch. The estimated delivery time will be communicated at the time of purchase.
2.2 Shipping & Delivery
- Domestic Orders: We provide all-India delivery through our trusted logistics partners.
- International Orders: Shipping charges and customs clearance costs will be borne by the buyer.
- Estimated Delivery Time: Standard delivery time for most machines is 7–15 working days, depending on location and order volume.
Customers are advised to inspect the machine upon delivery and report any damage within 48 hours for resolution.
3. Warranty & After-Sales Support
3.1 Warranty Coverage
We provide a 12-month warranty on manufacturing defects for all pouch packing machines. The warranty covers:
✅ Electrical components.
✅ Mechanical parts (excluding wear & tear components like belts, rollers, and sealing elements).
✅ Pneumatic systems (for pneumatic models).
Warranty Exclusions:
❌ Damage due to improper handling, power fluctuations, or unauthorized modifications.
❌ Regular wear & tear components.
❌ Issues arising from incorrect installation by the customer.
3.2 Service & Support
AMS Machinery provides all-India service support. Customers can request assistance via:

4. Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy
4.1 Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled before dispatch.
- A cancellation fee of 10% may be applicable for customized machines.
- Once the machine is dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
4.2 Return & Replacement
We accept returns only in case of manufacturing defects or wrong product delivery. To be eligible for a return:
- The complaint must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
- The machine should be in unused condition with original packaging.
- Our technical team will inspect the machine before processing a replacement or refund.
4.3 Refund Policy
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
5. Limitation of Liability
AMS Machinery shall not be responsible for:
- Loss of business due to machine misuse or operational errors.
- Indirect damages, loss of profits, or production downtime.
- Delays caused by unforeseen circumstances like strikes, natural disasters, or supply chain disruptions.
6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
All transactions with AMS Machinery are governed by Indian laws. Any disputes arising shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, and shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in 49A, A Block, Sector 10, Noida, Uttar Pradesh – 201301 In India.
