Refund Policy

At AMS Machinery, we strive to provide high-quality pouch packaging machines that meet your business needs. We ensure that every machine is tested before dispatch, and we maintain transparency in our pricing and services. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase or face any issues, we have a structured Refund Policy in place. Please read the details carefully to understand the conditions under which a refund is applicable.


1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are applicable in the following cases:

Defective Machine Received – If the machine has a major manufacturing defect that cannot be repaired, you may request a refund.
Wrong Product Delivered – If you receive a different model than the one ordered, you are eligible for a replacement or a full refund.
Machine Not Delivered – If the machine is not delivered within the promised time (excluding unavoidable delays like natural disasters or transport strikes), you may request a refund.
Order Canceled Before Dispatch – If you cancel your order before dispatch, a full or partial refund may be applicable (as per Section 3 below).

🔴 Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:
❌ If the machine has been used after delivery.
❌ If the issue arises due to incorrect installation or improper handling.
❌ If the machine was customized as per your specific requirements (custom machines are non-refundable).
❌ If the return request is raised after 7 days of receiving the machine.


2. Refund Process & Timeline

If your case qualifies for a refund, follow these steps to initiate the process:

Step 1: Raise a Request

📩 Email us at sales@amsmachinery.in or call +91-9429692575 within 7 days of receiving the machine. Provide your invoice number, order details, and reason for the refund request.

Step 2: Inspection & Verification

🔍 Our technical team will inspect the machine via video call or an on-site visit (if required). If the machine is found to be defective or incorrect, the refund process will be initiated.

Step 3: Return the Product

📦 If approved, the customer must return the machine in its original packaging with all accessories and manuals. The return shipping cost will be borne by AMS Machinery in case of wrong or defective product delivery.

Step 4: Refund Processing

💰 Once we receive and verify the returned product, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.


3. Order Cancellation & Partial Refunds

You can cancel an order before dispatch to avoid shipping costs and return hassles.

3.1 Cancellation Before Dispatch

  • If canceled within 24 hours of placing the order, a full refund will be issued.
  • If canceled after 24 hours but before dispatch, a 10% cancellation charge will be deducted.
  • For customized machines, cancellations are not allowed once production has started.

3.2 Cancellation After Dispatch

  • If the order has already been shipped, the refund will be processed only after deducting shipping charges and handling fees.
  • Customers must return the unopened product to be eligible for a partial refund.

4. Refund Mode & Processing Time

🔹 For Online Payments (Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Bank Transfers)

  • Refunds will be credited to the same payment method used during the purchase.
  • Processing time: 7-10 business days after approval.

🔹 For Cash Payments

  • Customers will receive a bank transfer refund after verifying their bank details.

🔹 For EMI & Loan-Based Purchases

  • The refund process will be handled as per the EMI provider’s terms. Customers must check with their financing partner for further details.

5. Warranty & Alternative Solutions

Before requesting a refund, customers may opt for:

🔄 Machine Replacement: If the machine has a minor defect, we will repair or replace it at no extra cost.
🔧 On-Site Repair Support: If the issue can be fixed with adjustments, we will send a technician for repairs (charges may apply if out of warranty).

We always recommend discussing the issue with our support team before proceeding with a refund request.


6. Important Terms & Conditions

🔹 Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
🔹 Machines must be returned in original condition, without any modifications.
🔹 Refunds for international orders will be adjusted after deducting customs and shipping charges.
🔹 AMS Machinery reserves the right to deny refunds if the product does not meet the refund eligibility criteria.
