Manufacturing timelines, dispatch process, and pan-India delivery terms
Manufacturing of a machine commences only after the following are completed:
Production scheduling, raw material procurement, and engineering planning begin upon completion of the above.
The standard manufacturing timeline depends on the machine model, configuration, and complexity. Typical timelines range from 15 to 45 working days from the date of order confirmation and advance receipt.
Specific timelines are confirmed in writing in the order acknowledgement issued at the time of booking. The customer is advised to refer to the agreed timeline communicated for their specific order.
Payments for orders are structured in milestones, the details of which are confirmed in writing at the time of order placement. Manufacturing and dispatch of the machine are subject to receipt of payments at each stage as per the agreed schedule.
The order remains on hold and the dispatch is not undertaken until the agreed milestone payments are received in full. Any delay in payment by the customer will correspondingly extend the delivery timeline, and AMS Machinery shall not be held liable for such delays.
Once manufacturing is complete and the machine has cleared internal quality checks, the customer is notified of dispatch readiness. The customer may, at their option:

Upon receiving the machine, the customer is required to:
Claims regarding transit damage raised after 48 hours of receipt cannot be entertained.
Standard installation and commissioning at the customer's site is provided as part of the order, subject to mutually agreed terms. Site preparation — including electrical connections, foundation, water supply, and utility arrangements — must be completed by the customer prior to installation.
Installation visits to remote locations or sites without proper site readiness may attract additional charges, communicated separately.
While AMS Machinery makes every effort to deliver within the agreed timelines, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
AMS Machinery shall not be liable for any compensation, penalty, or claim arising from such delays. The customer shall be kept informed of significant delays as they arise.
Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon dispatch from our facility. Title and ownership of the machine pass to the customer upon receipt of full payment as per the agreed terms. Until full payment is received, AMS Machinery retains a charge over the machine.
